Here are our answers to the most frequently asked questions. Please review and reach out if you can’t find the answer to your dilemma. No question is too silly or complex, just ask us!

Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
We always design with the customer and business in mind. Our designs are unique, clean, modern and “Atomic”. We leave no question unanswered and develop the most effective and economically viable strategy to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations. You’ll also have our friendship for eternity.
What do you like most about your job?
We get to design and build for living, bringing pride of website ownership to our clients and their customers. What more can one ask for? Its awesome!
What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
What does it cost to do a project? It will cost as much as you want it to be, I will deliver stellar work at any level.
If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
We wish all our clients understood the intensity of attention web designers and developers pay to a website’s layout, colors, fonts, messaging, cleanliness of the code, expandability, and overall user experience. There are lots of moving parts, one’s head can start spinning. The good news is we can help you!
What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
Not only is our web design work midcentury modern-inspired, we also collect and restore midcentury modern furniture and love everything “Atomic” in our personal lives. Alex, founder of AtomicRanch Design, lives in a restored “Atomic Ranch” with a wonderful view of the downtown San Diego. Evening sunset views are a daily inspiration. He also builds metal wall art, and has over 30 clients all over the world. He’s big fan of energy efficiency, building a better environment, and sustainable lifestyles in general. He’s a LEED accredited professional, with an MBA in Energy Management and consults in the field quite frequently.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
Look for clean and minimal design, and references. Make sure to review his/her portfolio and see if their style aligns with yours. As much as designer may claim to be able to adapt, to clients’ needs, his/her personal style may still overwhelm the general look and feel you might have in mind. Clean and minimal is the most universal style that provides a clean serving plate for your content.
How did you decide to get in your line of work?
For Alex, AtomicRanch Design’s founder, it all started as a side gig in college studying International Business and Finance.
